You can view your employee’s certificates by visiting your client profile on www.trainingdesk.com.au.
Once you have logged in:
- Find the “employee” tab at the top of the screen,
- After clicking on that tab, a list of all your employees will populate,
- Click the magnifying glass on the far right of the employee’s name,
- To locate the certificate, click the “certificate” tab.
From there you are able to download the certificate as a PDF.
