Are your courses nationally recognised?
Yes! RTS Training is partnered with Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909) to deliver nationally accredited courses across First Aid, Fire and Construction.
Where are your courses held?
We run daily and weekly public courses at our Osborne Park training centre, and we also deliver training onsite at workplaces across Western Australia.
How do I book a course?
Booking is quick and easy through our website. Simply choose your course, select a date, and complete your registration online.
What should I bring to my training?
For most courses, just bring a valid photo ID. Some construction courses may require specific PPE (e.g. enclosed footwear, long sleeves, safety gear) – details will be included in your course confirmation email.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes – we understand plans change. You can reschedule or cancel your course in line with our booking policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Do I receive a certificate after my course?
Yes – upon successful completion, you’ll receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment, usually emailed to you within 24–48 hours.
